Direct statistics issued by the Survey and Land Registration Bureau revealed that the value of real estate transactions in the Kingdom of Bahrain during July 2026 exceeded 134 million Bahraini dinars, rising to more than 795 million dinars since the beginning of the year, while the number of sales transactions reached 988 transactions during July, reflecting the continued activity in the real estate market during the month.
Statistics showed that the total value of real estate transactions since the beginning of 2026 exceeded 795 million Bahraini dinars, through more than 5,900 sales transactions, while the total number of transactions completed in various services exceeded 17,000 transactions, including more than 11,000 public registrations.
The data showed that July recorded an increase in the number of sales transactions compared to June, reaching 988 transactions, compared to more than 857 transactions in June and 770 transactions in May. April recorded the highest rate during the year with 1,129 transactions, while the number of transactions in February and January reached more than 900 transactions each, while March witnessed a decrease to about 340 transactions.
The statistics added that the value of real estate transactions recorded in the latest daily update amounted to more than 3.2 million Bahraini dinars, according to the direct data published on the website of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau.
