The bank added that this service, which was announced during the Innovation in Social Housing Conference and Exhibition held last April, aims to enable citizens to complete and follow up on all their housing reviews electronically. This feature allows citizens to follow up on the status of their housing application, especially the financing options provided by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, starting from the date of application submission until the completion of the procedures for disbursing the financing amount. It gives the user detailed information about each stage, identifies the entity responsible for it, and allows for the electronic uploading of required documents, thus facilitating the understanding of procedures for citizens.
In this regard, Mr. Khalid Al Khaja, Senior Director of Corporate Communications at Eskan Bank, stated that the launch of the “Digital Tracking” service confirms the keenness of the bank and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning to provide the necessary facilities to obtain suitable housing, stressing that the service covers the entire application procedure cycle, starting from the stage of searching for a property and comparing the financing offers provided by the participating banks, through submitting the application to the financing bank directly through the application, up to following up on the status of the application until allocation and disbursement of the financing amount.
Al Khaja emphasized: “The digital tracking service reflects the Housing Bank’s commitment to keeping pace with digital transformation efforts in the social housing sector, which contributes to accelerating the pace of procedures for benefiting from housing finance program options, and working to reduce and facilitate them, with the aim of saving time and effort for citizens.”
