The real estate sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain recorded notable activity since the beginning of the year until the end of February 2026, with total real estate transactions reaching approximately BHD 239 million across 4,391 transactions, reflecting the continued positive momentum in the property market during the first two months of the year.
Data showed that February alone accounted for transactions worth BHD 123 million, through the execution of 1,938 real estate transactions, representing a significant share of the year’s total activity so far. This came despite a decline in the number of transactions compared to January, which recorded 2,453 transactions, versus 1,938 transactions in February.
In terms of daily performance during February, February 15 recorded the highest number of transactions with 162 deals completed on that day, followed by February 17 with 156 transactions, and February 10 with 144 transactions, highlighting clear peaks of activity during certain periods of the month.
Conversely, the lowest level of activity was recorded on February 8, with only 7 transactions, followed by February 12 with 44 transactions, and February 1 with 64 transactions, demonstrating the variation in real estate market activity between different days of the same month.
Overall, this performance indicates the continued momentum of Bahrain’s real estate market, despite daily fluctuations in transaction volumes, as investors and developers closely monitor supply and demand indicators in the coming period.
