Official data released by the Survey and Land Registration Bureau revealed that the total value of real estate transactions in the Kingdom of Bahrain reached approximately BHD 283.8 million in the first quarter of 2026, with 6,418 transactions completed during this period.
According to the Bureau’s updated live data, the real estate sector in the Kingdom witnessed notable activity during Q1 2026, with the total value of traded properties amounting to BHD 283,855,838.
January recorded the highest number of transactions, totaling 2,453 deals. This was followed by a decline in February, which saw 1,938 transactions, before a slight increase in March, reaching 2,027 transactions.
March alone recorded transactions worth BHD 44,508,468. On March 18, the highest daily transaction volume of the month was registered, with 1,365 transactions, while activity levels varied across the remaining days.
The data confirms that daily real estate trading activity reflects continuous market engagement despite current conditions, highlighting the Bureau’s ongoing efficiency in delivering its services through various electronic channels and facilities provided to investors and traders.
